Cast Basalt Pipes and Cylinders

Durable Wear-resistant Solutions

High-performance cast basalt pipes and cylinders offering superior abrasion, corrosion, and thermal resistance for industrial applications.

Cast basalt pipes and cylinders provide exceptional durability and chemical resistance, ideal for slurry transport, abrasive flow, and harsh industrial environments.

Cast basalt pipes and cylinders are premium industrial components made by casting molten volcanic basalt rock and annealing it into dense, ceramic-like wear-resistant forms. These products combine natural basalt’s excellent abrasion and chemical resistance with robust steel support structures, making them ideal for demanding industrial conditions.

Cast Basalt Pipes

Cast basalt pipes feature an inner lining of cast basalt ceramic bonded to a steel pipe body. This design offers outstanding resistance to abrasion from fly ash, slurry, and particulate matter, as well as excellent chemical durability in acidic or alkaline environments. Their thermal stability up to 450°C makes them suitable for power plants, mining, cement, and chemical industries.

Cast Basalt Cylinders

Cast basalt cylinders are cylindrical wear components used as liners, rollers, or protective sleeves in pipelines, pumps, and material handling equipment. Their high hardness and chemical inertness extend equipment life by preventing wear and corrosion in abrasive and chemically aggressive environments.
