The ZG40Cr8MnMoNiSiRe Flange is a high-performance flange fitting made from a specialized rare earth alloy steel, engineered for extreme durability in abrasive, corrosive, and high-impact environments. Its alloy composition includes chromium (Cr), manganese (Mn), molybdenum (Mo), nickel (Ni), silicon (Si), and rare earth elements (Re) such as cerium and lanthanum, providing exceptional structural integrity and surface hardness.
Thanks to rare earth modification, the steel achieves a refined microstructure, improved carbide distribution, and reduced grain boundary brittleness.
