Corrosion Shields are stainless steel or alloy-based protective sleeves designed to shield boiler tubes, heat exchanger pipes, and superheater tubes from corrosive attack in high-temperature industrial environments. These shields are especially critical in areas prone to condensation, sulfur attack, or chemical corrosion from flue gases, ash deposits, or process residues.
Unlike standard erosion shields that focus on mechanical abrasion, corrosion shields are engineered with materials that resist chemical degradation.
