2-Piece Trunnion Ball Valve Casting is a high-performance flow control device designed for demanding industrial piping systems, utilizing a cast body and trunnion-mounted ball for enhanced stability and sealing. Compliant with standards like API 6D, ASME B16.34, and GB12237, these trunnion mounted ball valves are crafted from materials such as stainless steel (AISI 316/304), carbon steel (A105), and duplex stainless steel, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistant ball valve properties. Widely used in oil and gas pipelines, petrochemical plants, power generation, and water treatment systems, they provide reliable boiler pipeline protection under pressures up to 2500 PSI and temperatures ranging from -29°C to 425°C.
