ASTM A358 TP321 Welded Stainless Steel Pipes are premium electric fusion welded (EFW) austenitic stainless steel pipes designed for high-temperature service and corrosive environments. Stabilized with titanium, TP321 offers exceptional resistance to intergranular corrosion during welding and exposure to temperatures up to 900°C, surpassing TP304 in sensitized conditions. Available in Classes 1-5, Class 1 features double welding with filler metal and full radiography for maximum weld integrity.

Manufactured through electric fusion welding or submerged arc welding, EFW Stainless Pipes are crafted from high-quality stainless steel strips formed into tubes and welded longitudinally. Post-weld heat treatment, such as solution annealing at 1040-1120°C, relieves stresses and restores corrosion resistance, ensuring mechanical properties like tensile strength ≥515 MPa and yield strength ≥205 MPa.
