Seamless & welded stainless steel u-bends in 304, 316, 316l, 321, and duplex grades.
Precision U-tubes For Heat Exchangers & Boilers
Seamless & welded stainless steel u-bends in 304, 316, 316l, 321, and duplex grades. manufactured to astm a213, a269, a688, en 10216-5 with tight radius control (1.5d–custom). solution annealed, pickled, and polished for maximum corrosion resistance and longevity.
Stainless steel U-bends (also called return bends or U-tubes) are straight tubes bent into a “U” shape for use in shell-and-tube heat exchangers, boilers, condensers, and superheaters. The tight radius and precise ovality/thinning control ensure maximum heat transfer efficiency and structural integrity under high pressure and temperature.

These mechanical properties make Stainless steel return U bend suitable for applications requiring high strength and corrosion resistance, such as architectural structures, marine environments, and chemical processing.
In order to solve the cumbersome and difficult to remember stainless steel grades, improve the practicability of the brand representation, and the contrast with the international standard grades, China has formulated the "Universal Code System for Steel and Alloy Grades", such as 06Cr19Ni10, corresponding to 304. Different grades of stainless steel have different ingredients, but they all have a national standard. The standards of each country are also different.

Radius is three times the nominal diameter. Compact design for space-limited applications.
Radius is five times the nominal diameter. Optimal balance of flow and space requirements.
Radius is ten times the nominal diameter. Maximum flow efficiency with minimal pressure drop.
For a 10-inch diameter pipe with a 5D bend:
Centerline Radius = 5 × 10 inches = 50 inches
The radius calculation helps determine the space requirements and flow characteristics of the bend.
